Complaints process
Send your account/order/request reference, contact details, a description of the issue and relevant evidence to the support email or phone above. Do not send passwords or OTPs.
- Giftdee acknowledges and gives an initial response within 1 working day.
- The shop checks the order, proof, payment and relevant delivery or production records, and may request necessary additional information.
- Giftdee communicates the handling outcome within 7 working days. If more time is needed, it explains why, updates the estimate and keeps you informed.
- Agreed refunds are processed within 7 working days once the remedy and necessary recipient information are complete, subject to an earlier mandatory deadline.
You may ask the shop to review its decision, contact a consumer-protection organisation or competent authority, or pursue a court remedy under applicable law. These steps do not require a waiver of statutory rights or mandatory exclusive arbitration. The shop protects information supplied by the parties and only discloses it as necessary.
