Purchase terms
English customer information for the published Giftdee policies, version 2026-10-24.4, effective 24 October 2026. International shipping arrangements below reflect the destination-specific quote process; no domestic flat shipping charge is applied to international requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
1. Scope and operator
Giftdee presents personalised gifts and prepared designs. Sample-price and mockup-demo labels remain relevant wherever shown. A demo interface is not evidence of real fulfilment or a payment received.

2. Products and design proofs
Check the product, material, size, capacity, colour, quantity, origin and care instructions in the product information or confirmed quote. Ask the shop to clarify missing information before paying. Mockups illustrate layout. Supplied goods must match the published information, final proof and agreed order.
Review names, spelling, messages, images, each print side and placement before approval. Bandanas have a one-sided print. Giftdee must not change an agreed product, colour, size or artwork without your consent. Screen colour differences do not excuse a substantial difference from the approved design.
3. Request, review and acceptance
Choose a product and design, review the basket and correct quantity or contact details before sending. International requests show the product subtotal and collect the destination for a separate carrier quote. An automatically generated request number confirms receipt only. It does not accept production or confirm payment.
Giftdee checks availability, artwork, final pricing and the expected delivery date. Changes to price, proof or delivery require your agreement. An order is accepted when Giftdee provides its final proof and quote and you agree through the recorded approval process or contact channel. Production starts only after final proof approval and the agreed initial payment. You may review the confirmed records or request a copy from support. Money received before order acceptance must be reconciled, not automatically forfeited if the shop cannot fulfil it.
4. Prices, taxes and fees
Listed product prices include applicable Vietnamese taxes. Giftdee issues electronic invoices as required; provide accurate invoice details. USD display uses a fixed VND 26,000 per USD and two decimal places. The final total is converted from the complete VND amount, so separately rounded display lines can differ by a cent.
Personalisation is charged per item, not per editor action. A two-sided printing surcharge applies only when relevant to the selected product and design. Shipping and other agreed charges must be disclosed separately. A missing quote is not a zero charge. International shipping, destination taxes or handling responsibilities must be clarified in the confirmed quote; they are not presumed included or waived. Agreed order prices and offers are retained; listing errors require explanation and a mutually agreed remedy or an appropriate refund if the order cannot proceed.
5. Responsibilities
You are entitled to accurate information, a chance to review your request, agreed goods, invoices, support and applicable return, warranty, complaint and privacy rights. Provide accurate contact and delivery details, check the proof, pay the agreed amount and follow care instructions. Giftdee is responsible for its product commitments, privacy, complaints, returns, warranty, recall and refund obligations. Refusing unlawful content requires an explanation and appropriate reconciliation of any payment; it is not grounds to keep money without a lawful basis.
6. Copyright, trademarks and image rights
Giftdee does not print or manufacture artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks or designs that infringe another person’s intellectual property rights. This covers uploads, text, drawings, characters, patterns, prepared designs, AI-generated images and material submitted through chat, for personal and business requests.
Submit only content you lawfully own or are licensed to reproduce for the proposed use. Respect the image rights of depicted people, including children. Finding an image online, buying a copy, crediting its author, recolouring it or recreating it with AI does not prove reproduction rights. Do not ask the shop to remove watermarks, imitate a brand or conceal infringement.
The shop may request appropriate licences, permissions, authorisations, contracts or other evidence of rights and production scope. It does not assume every image requires a copyright registration certificate. Suspected content may be paused during verification. The shop refuses production where infringement is established or lawful use cannot be sufficiently supported, and explains its decision.
You may replace the design with lawful artwork for a new proof, price and schedule review. If fulfilment is impossible, cancellation and payment reconciliation follow the returns and refund policy; there is no automatic penalty, total deposit confiscation or unagreed charge. Rights holders may contact support with the relevant URL or order, contact details and evidence. Giftdee investigates, pauses or removes infringing material within its control and cooperates with lawful authorities as appropriate, without unnecessarily disclosing private order information.
Your rights confirmation does not replace the shop’s own pre-production checks or legal responsibilities. Files are used as necessary for proofs, production and handling the request, not automatically for advertising, resale or AI training. Public promotion featuring your images or name requires separate appropriate permission, not a mandatory purchase condition.
7. Accounts, credit and Affiliate
Each registered email and phone must be unique. Protect your password and report suspected misuse. Ownership is not described as verified before verification actually occurs. The welcome credit programme applies only when officially activated. VND 1,000,000 (about USD 38.46) is a purchase-discount entitlement, not a deposit or cash balance. Each eligible order uses no more than the available balance, VND 50,000 (about USD 1.92) and 15% of the pre-discount order, whichever is lowest. Demo labels remain applicable. International offer eligibility is confirmed in the quote rather than automatically granted.
Affiliate rates are agreed per member, up to 15%; this is not a universal 15% rate. Earnings require reconciliation of completed, fully paid eligible orders. Demo orders do not create real payout rights. Referrals must accurately describe products and disclose the marketing relationship when required. There is no fee-based multi-level recruitment system. Designer/Seller participation has separate terms and review.
8. Presentation and service scope
Products are grouped and ranked by categories, search relevance, filters and shop arrangement. A recommendation does not guarantee suitability. Sponsored placements must be identified if introduced. The site does not provide livestream sales. Business campaigns, gifting and lucky draws need separate operational and legal approval; a demo is not an authorised prize campaign.
9. Updates and disputes
The applicable version is recorded with the request. Later changes do not retroactively reduce established rights without a valid legal basis or agreement. Mandatory responsibilities cannot be excluded. Contact Giftdee to seek a negotiated resolution; you retain the right to approach competent authorities, consumer organisations or courts. You are not required to waive complaints or accept arbitration as the only remedy.
