Payment policy
English customer information for the published Giftdee policies, version 2026-10-24.4, effective 24 October 2026. International shipping arrangements below reflect the destination-specific quote process; no domestic flat shipping charge is applied to international requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
1. International quote first
The English storefront shows USD prices at VND 26,000 = USD 1. Product and configured personalisation fees are shown before submission; international shipping and the final total require the destination-specific quote. You can review and accept the complete quote without making a payment. Giftdee will confirm a supported payment method and the agreed payable amount before collecting money. This website does not currently claim to process direct USD card payments or international COD.
2. Existing Vietnam payment arrangements
The domestic Giftdee payOS flow collects VND. Under the published domestic rule, orders below VND 1,000,000 before discount collect the full post-discount total; orders at or above that threshold collect 50% initially, with the remainder COD where that service is supported. This domestic rule and fee do not automatically become an international payment or COD offer.
3. Verify the payment instructions
Check the recipient, amount, reference and payment status on the agreed channel. payOS or bank processing is recognised only after a verified provider/server response and reconciliation, not a screenshot, return-page visit or an unsupported claim. Demo payments and simulation confirmations do not mean the shop received money. Do not send real money through a page labelled simulation.
Giftdee does not request bank passwords, OTPs or a payment to unlock a refund. Report a discrepancy through support; the shop checks provider and bank records and supplies relevant evidence. Additional charges must be disclosed and agreed. Production still requires approval of the final artwork and the agreed initial payment.
4. Invoices and refunds
Listed product prices include applicable Vietnamese taxes. Electronic invoices and statutory accounting documents are issued as required. Submit accurate invoice information. Payments for an unfulfilled or cancelled order are reconciled under the agreed remedy and refund policy.
