Designer/Seller terms
Programme version: seller-2026-10-26.1. English explanation of the existing Designer/Seller margin programme, with no additional fixed design royalty.
1. Participation
Designers provide original artwork for supported Giftdee products. Giftdee sets the base cost and handles accepted orders, production and fulfilment. Sellers set a product sale price above the system’s protective minimum. Joining does not grant admin access or private buyer delivery/payment details.
2. Artwork rights
You retain your lawful ownership and permit Giftdee to store and process the files, create mockups, display and promote the approved design and manufacture the selected products for the relevant orders. Uploading does not transfer all ownership. Other uses require a separate agreement. You must have the rights to use and license all photographs, characters, logos, patterns and trademarks. Giftdee refuses infringing content under its copyright and trademark policy.
3. Review and versions
The shop checks rights, file quality and applicable products before publication. It explains requested changes. Resubmissions create new versions and do not overwrite artwork snapshots for earlier orders. Designs may be paused for rights concerns, unsuitable content or production problems. Pausing a design does not erase valid accrued earnings.
4. Base cost, sale price and margin
Seller earnings = product revenue after allocated discounts − the agreed product/variant base cost − actual Seller-authorised Affiliate commission. There is no additional fixed design-share percentage on top. Personalisation, extra printing and shipping are separate Giftdee charges, excluded from the Seller margin.
Giftdee explicitly configures the base cost; it is not inferred from a retail price. The minimum sale price reserves enough for the maximum current per-order member offer and the Affiliate cap you select, preventing a negative margin. This reserve is a price-setting safeguard, not another fee; reconciliation deducts only actual discounts and commission. Display and price entry use USD at VND 26,000 per USD; submitted prices and snapshots are integer VND.
Affiliate is off by default. If enabled, its actual rate does not exceed your selected cap or the rate configured by Giftdee. Mixed orders allocate the relevant discounts and eligible Affiliate costs by product, with integer VND rounding and no double deduction. The product link stays assigned to the design owner, not another visitor’s referral cookie.
Base cost, price, Affiliate conditions and design version are frozen for each order. New costs apply to new orders and pause the link until you accept the updated cost and save a price. Sellers can pause their offers; the shop may hide noncompliant designs. International requests are quote enquiries, not completed payable sales.
5. Reconciliation and payouts
Only real, completed, fully paid and reconciled orders become available, including COD when applicable. Demo, cancelled, incomplete, unpaid or disputed items are not payable. Reversals after reconciliation are held for manual review, not reopened for a second payment. Monthly reporting uses the order completion month in Vietnam time.
Requesting reconciliation reserves available items for review; it does not send money. Giftdee and the Seller agree recipient details, documentation, applicable tax obligations, timing and payment method through an appropriate channel. Never send passwords, OTPs or API keys. Seller margin is separate from member shopping credit and Affiliate balances.
6. Data, ending cooperation and complaints
Your display name and published designs may be shown publicly. Contact details and unpublished originals are used only as needed for managing the cooperation, checking rights and fulfilment. The privacy policy applies. Records needed for existing orders, taxes or disputes are not automatically erased when you stop selling.
Contact Giftdee to pause a design, end cooperation, correct your details or dispute a statement. Already accepted orders remain subject to established rights and duties. Use the support and complaints process. Mandatory legal rights are preserved.
